It is effective withinminutes against all known hay fever symptoms.

Adults: 6 times a day, 1 squirt into each nostril.

7 to 14 years: 3 times a day, 1 squirt into each nostril.

Not suitable for children under 7 and pregnant or breast-feeding women.
