At the invitation of the Buddhist association Rigdzin Suisse, Matthieu Ricard and Alexandre Jollien shared their thoughts and experiences on meditation during this conference that took place on March 15, 2010 at the Théâtre de Beaulieu, in Lausanne, Switzerland.
