Properties

This perennial plant is mainly used for its white flowers which have anti spasmodic, anti-vomiting, anti inflammatory, soothing and anti-itching properties.

Indications

Internally: digestive disorders and menstrual disorders

Externally: eye irritations, sore throat, oral hygiene, cracks, chapping

Posology

Internally: Infuse 5 heads of chamomile per cup for 10 minutes. Drink preferably after meals and in the evening.

Externally: In mouthwash or ointment for skin irritations

Precautions

None except for people very sensitive to sesquiterpene lactones

Do not let infuse too long, it can make the chamomile vomit.
