White tea is essentially an unprocessed tea. Our tea is simply plucked and withers dry. Minimal oxidation can occur naturally, due to the dry air-drying process. This is why some white teas, such as Classic White Peony, have leaves of different colors (white, green and brown). White teas produce a very pale green or yellow liquid and are the most delicate in terms of flavor and aroma.
