Body: Massage monoi oil into slightly damp skin immediately after bathing or showering.

Hair:

Pre-shampoo care: Pour a small amount of oil into your hands and massage into dry hair, avoiding the scalp. Leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse and shampoo.

Night care: After shampooing, blow-dry hair lightly. Place a few drops of oil in your hands and massage into your hair. Comb through and leave overnight. Shampoo the next day.
