Bath instructions :
Adults: 3 to 4 tablespoons in hot water, leave to melt for 2 minutes.

Bring a liter of water to the boil in a saucepan. Pour nine grams of salt (one teaspoon's worth) into the water and stir until the salt is completely dissolved in the water. Place the pan on a stable surface where it won't tip over. Bend your face over the pan and place a towel over your head. Inhale the steam, breathing slowly and deeply. It's important to keep your eyes closed.
